Alpine Chef Dining Experience

As your personal chef, Alpine Chef can source and prepare the finest produce exactly how you wish. Before cooking for you we decide on a menu plan, adapting dishes to any dietary or allergy requirements if any. Once menus have been decided, we shall then source all of the ingredients and wine needed.

Arrival for the evening meal shall be 3 hours prior to service so we can arrange table layouts and prepare the food. After service everything shall be return to how it was found on arrival.

Please note chalet kitchens can be small in size. To ensure high standards, it is important to keep to one starter, main course and dessert. Exceptions are made for dietary needs and allergies.
